Parent Teacher Conferences

We have scheduled regular weekly meetings with parents and instructors. This is our opportunity to share and learn together in support of our children at home and in community. Important information, updates and organizing happens at these meetings. Please be sure to attend if at all possible. Notes from these meetings and assignments will be updated to our website weekly on the Blog and Homework pages.

Weekly Thursday Check-Ins :
Pueo - 2:45-3:15
Na Naia - 3:15-3:45
I’iwi - 3:45-4:15

Be sure to get important updates, check in on our child’s progress and get ideas on how to weave the learning done in our classes with your activities at home. Current curriculum work and assignments will also be shared. Please note:  Please gather your children when your meeting is finished. Yvonne is providing after school care until 4:15 p.m. only for those students whose parents are on site, in a meeting.

Child Development & Curriculum Classes for Parents

We will be scheduling 2 hour blocks about every six weeks for each group of parents. These classes will deepen our understanding of our children, develop our understanding of curricular activities and help us to integrate the experiences in the community with home. These classes are free and highly recommended! They will be scheduled every 4-6 weeks.

I’IWI - March 18 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am
PUEO - March 18  from 11:30am to 1:30pm
Na Naia - TBA

Please be sure to mark your calendars and make your arrangements now so that you can be present at these meetings. Very important information regarding curriculum coordination and child growth and development is shared during these meetings and your attendance is required to be able to more seamlessly integrate your studies at home with materials and concepts shared in class.
